For each project we assign key personnel including the designated on site project coordinator, production coordinator, build designers, technical and production resources.

As part of our due diligence Acumen provides assessments for build economies and value engineering.

Establishing project management criteria and problem resolution protocols including communications and reporting methodology, implementation of electronic scheduling and tracking, reporting of key milestones throughout the project in order to keep all stakeholders abreast of progress and allow for input and approvals as required.  As part of our due diligence Acumen provides assessments for build economies and value engineering.  Acumen also provides detailed design layouts and build drawings to specification. Acumen can also prepare (if necessary) all permit consultation for submittal.
